At a recent hearing, the Court approved a $136,000 increase in administration costs which were caused by unanticipated delays in collecting settlement proceeds from the settling defendants.

It is estimated that per-check distribution and administration costs increased by an average of 64 cents per check. Any future distributions may incur additional costs.
